Wendy Scott Planner II Wendy has been a Planner II (part-time) at the MPO since November 2000. She handles transit and transportation disadvantaged issues. She earned two Bachelor Degrees from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida (Political Science and Secondary Social Science Education) and a Masters of Science Degree in Public Administration from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. Previously, she has been employed by the Florida House of Representatives Appropriations Committee as a Legislative Analyst determining the economic impact of legislation. She also has worked in the federal civil service as a C-130 Logistics Systems Specialist in the fields of inventory and production management. Additionally, she has been employed as a substitute teacher.
